रौशनी की बाढ़ में तैरा सकता है !!  मगर अफसोस कि / रौशनी के साथ-साथ / पडोसी घरों का धुआं भी / भीतर भर आता है \" !     कारण साफ है : समाज को स्त्री ने जन्म दिया ! दलबद्ध भाव से रहने के प्रति निष्ठां होने के कारण वह उसी समाज की अनुचरी हो गयी !  पुरुष समाज से भागना चाहता था ! स्त्री ने अपना हक़ त्यागकर उसे समाज में रखा - उसके हाथ में समाज की नकेल दे दी ! .... आज वह देखती है कि उसी के बुने हुए जाल ने उसे बुरी तरह जकड डाला है, जिससे निकलने के लिए उसकी छटपटाहट निरंतर जारी है ! कविता भी याद आ रही है, जिसमें एक खोये हुए घर का विषाद है और उसे तलाश करने की छटपटाहट भी !  रवींद्र नाथ ठाकुर जी की लिखी एक कहानी है - \u003cspan style\u003d\"color:#800040;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e'होमकमिंग'\u003c/strong\u003e \u003c/span\u003e! कहानी का मुख्य पात्र 'जतिन चक्रवर्ती' दिन भर घर से बाहर भटकता और शैतानियाँ करता रहता है ! उसे सुधारने के लिए उसके माँ-बाप उसे कलकत्ता भेज देते हैं, जहाँ उसका बिलकुल मन नहीं लगता ! वह अपने घर के लिए तड़पता हुआ एक-एक दिन गिनता रहता है कि कब छुटियाँ मिलें और कब वह घर पहुंचे !  आखिर एक दिन उसे छुट्टी मिल जाती  है किन्तु म्रत्यु शय्या पर ! बेहोशी की सी बीमारावस्था में घर-घर बड- बडाता हुआ वह चल बसता है ! \u003c/span\u003e\u003c/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan कि आगे के अध्ययन के लिए अपने मामा के पास दूसरे प्रदेश जाना पड़ा ! अब उसका एकाकीपन और भी बढ़ गया था ! जब भी उसे कोई अपनी तरफ का व्यक्ति मिलता, उसका मन प्रफुल्लित हो उठता ... चेहरे की चमक बढ़ जाती ! जाने का अवसर मिला तो अमेरिका के लिए रवाना हो गया ! वहीं 'स्पेस रिसर्च सेंटर' में नौकरी भी लग गयी ! सभी ऐशो-आराम वा सुख-सुविधाओं के बीच भी उसे सदैव तलाश रहती थी, अपने देश के किसी भी व्यक्ति की ! भीड़ उनके जीवन में खुशियों की बहारें लेकर आऊंगा ! कुछ की उम्मीदें पूरी हुयीं, कुछ की उम्मीदें टूटीं, कुछ को मायूसी हाथ लगी और अब उम्मीदों का सेहरा मेरे छोटे भाई साल 2009 पर होगा ! जाते साल का दूसरा सबक मैंने होली, ईद, और दिवाली में सुख और उल्लास के पल देखे, वहीँ मुम्बई, जयपुर जैसे 'ब्लास्ट' में इंसानी हैवानियत के साथ दुःख के पलों का सामना किया, लेकिन मैं चलता रहा बीती बातों को छोड़ते हुए क्योंकि चलना मेरी नियति है ! तो मेरा चौथा सबक - परेशानियों की परवाह किए बिना अपना काम करते रहें, क्योंकि कोई इंसान बड़ा नहीं होता, महान होती हैं चुनौतियाँ और जब आदमी चुनौतियाँ स्वीकार करे तभी वो महान कहलाता उनके स्कूल जाने पर ही रोक न लग जाए ! कस्बों और गाँवों का माहौल अभी भी लड़कियों की पढाई के पक्ष में ज्यादा नहीं है ! जब उन्हें पता चलेगा कि उनके घर की लड़की अब लड़कों के साथ पढाई करेगी तो बहुत मुमकिन मुख्यमंत्री से कहा ! मुख्यमंत्री ने तुंरत कार्यवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया ! मुख्यमंत्री ने एक मंत्री को \"पत्थर हटाओ विभाग\" का मंत्री बना दिया ! मुख्यमंत्री के पास , जाहिर है कि बहुत सारे काम थे , सो व्यस्तता के चलते वे \"पत्थर हटाओ विभाग\" बनाना भूल गए ! नए बने मंत्री सचिवालय गए और उन्होंने जगह-जगह पूछा कि \"पत्थर हटाओ विभाग\" कहाँ है ? लेकिन उन्हें कोई ठीक जवाब नही दे पाया ! यहाँ तक कि अपने विभाग की खोज में वे सचिवालय के बाहर पानवालों और चायवालों के पास भी गए , लेकिन उन्हें कुछ पता नही चला ! उन्हें कार, बंगला, सुरक्षा गार्ड और चपरासी मिल गए, लेकिन विभाग नही मिला !\u003cbr विभाग के मंत्रीजी को वित्त विभाग में छुट्टे पैसों का स्वतंत्र प्रभार मिल गया और पशुपालन विभाग में सुअरबाड़े के प्रभारी मंत्री \"पत्थर हटाओ विभाग\" के मंत्री हो गए ! उनकी इस विभाग में कोई रूचि नही थी ! सचिव महोदय भी तबादला करवा कर दिल्ली चले गए ! उसके बाद कालांतर में सरकार बदल गई और नए मुख्यमंत्री की भी इस विभाग में कोई रूचि नही थी, इसलिए पत्थर वहीँ पड़ा रहा ! फ़िर निजीकरण की क्रान्ति आ गई, जहाँ मिला ! उस कंपनी ने एक और कंपनी बनायी, जिसका नाम 'स्टोन एंड स्टोन' था ! एक विख्यात मेनेजर को इस कंपनी का जनरल मेनेजर बनाया गया ! इसके बाद कई मेनेजर नियुक्त हुए ! एक सज्जन मानव संसाधन मेनेजर बने, एक प्रोडक्शन मेनेजर बने, एक जनसंपर्क मेनेजर बने, एक मेंटेनेंस विभाग के मेनेजर बने, जाहिर है एकाउंट्स और सामान्य काम काज देखने के लिए मेनेजर तो थे ही ! एक शानदार एयर कंडीशंड खूबसूरत ऑफिस बनाया गया ! तमाम में तमाम भर्तियाँ हुयीं ! इस बीच जनरल मेनेजर ने इस्तीफा दे दिया ! उन्हें मनाने के लिए उन्हें तरक्की देकर सीईओ और प्रेसिडेंट बना दिया गया ! इसी बीच और मेनेजरों कि तरक्की भी हुयी, जो मेनेजरों थे वे सब जनरल मैनेजेर हो गए ! जनरल मैनेजेर वाइस प्रेसिडेंट हो गए, बाबू मेनेजर हो गए ! इन लोगों की रोज कई बैठकें होतीं थीं ! जिनमे तय किया गया कि पत्थर हटाने के लिए कुछ मजदूरों को भर्ती किया जाए !\u003cbr का फ़ैसला किया गया ! यह पाया गया कि मजदूर कंपनी पर बोझ थे, इसलिए उनकी छुट्टी कर दी गई ! लेकिन पत्थर हटाने का काम करना जरूरी था इसलिए यह तय किया गया कि किसी और कंपनी को पत्थर हटाने का ठेका दिया जाए ! justify;\"\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003c/div\u003eहर बार वेतन आयोग अपनी रिपोर्ट में छुटि्टयां कम करने की सिफारिश करता है , लेकिन वेतन\u003cbr /\u003eतो बढ़ जाता है पर छुटि्टयां हैं की कम होने की बजाए और बढ़ जाती हैं ! इसके बाद सीएल , ईएल और न जाने कितनी छुटि्टयां अलग से ! \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eअगर अध्ययन - अध्यापन से जुड़े हैं तब तो कार्य दिवसों से ज्यादा छुटि्टयां के दिन होंगे ! अब जो कार्य दिवस हैं उनमे भी देर से आना , जल्दी जाना , और बीच के डेढ़ घंटे लंच ! जाहिर है कि इन सबके बीच काम का वक्त ही कहाँ बचता है ? इसलिए सरकारी मुलाजिमों को काम करते देखना भी एक दुर्लभ दर्शन ही है थी, कुछ होशियार लोगों ने इन्टरनेट की मदद ली और वहां भी ऐसे दर्जनों रेस्ट्रोरेन्ट खोज निकाले जहाँ भारतीय भोजन मिलता था बड़े बड़े साईन बोर्ड में हिन्दी में इंडियन फ़ूड लिखा हुआ था अब जरा सोचिये जरा राज होते हैं जहाँ बहुतायत में अपनी जैसी दूषित विचारधारा वाले लोगों का उत्पादन करते रहते हैं इसलिए ऐसे घातक वाइरस पर जैसे भी हो तत्काल रोक लगानी आवश्यक है चैनल्स को देखते है तो पता चलता है कि टी वी पत्रकारिता किस चिडिया का नाम है. देश या विदेश में कितनी बड़ी घटना हो जाए मगर हमारे चैनल को तो नागिन की कहानी / भुतहा हवेली का सच / मोहल्ले के प्रेम प्रसंगों से घटित अपराधों / फ़िल्म जगत की प्रेम कहानियों / बाबाओं के चमत्कारों / रत्न, ताबीज़ बेचने / भविष्य बताने वाले जोकर नुमा ज्योतिषों जैसे कार्यकर्मों से ही फुर्सत नही है
